By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, item unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded if we cancel.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Tanzania Shillings (TSh) and are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods include LIPA NO, cash, and VISA. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received or agreed.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Food Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment as our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients.
